Loveparade 2010 – Massenpanik 28-07-2010 | Trauer und Wut in Duisburg Die Zahl der Todesopfer nach der Massenpanik bei der Duisburger Loveparade hat sich weiter erhöht. In der vergangenen Nacht erlag eine Frau (25) aus Heiligenhaus bei Essen im Krankenhaus ihren Verletzungen. Das gab der Duisburger Staatsanwalt Rolf Haverkamp bekannt. Damit kamen bei der Massenpanik bisher insgesamt 21 Menschen ums Leben, über 500 wurden verletzt.

If your gains have stagnated and you are having trouble making progress this series is for you! If you hate coming up with workouts but still want to work out hard, this series is for you! The videos in this series are complete workouts, just press play and follow along. Please do not attempt these S61XL workouts unless you have been weight lifting five days a week for at least a year. Beginners would be much better off with my beginning workout plan. It takes time to build up the tendons and joints to withstand this kind of punishment and you will get injured if you start this program before your body is ready. I’m going to focus on some unusual workouts that even a pro bodybuilder would find challenging. Most bodybuilders make the mistake of not mixing their workouts up enough and get stuck in the three-sets-of-eight rut or the one-rep-max rut. Its best to do these workouts at home but do them at a gym if thats your only option. Home is much better because you can completely eliminate the wasted time running between machines or waiting for equipment. These workouts are designed so that they only require inexpensive used weights, nothing fancy. My boy friend and I just returned from a weekend stay at the new Hotel Riu in Guanacaste Costa Rica. It has only been open a week and yet it is running over 60% occupancy according to staff there. Many of my friends and clients have been requesting information so see the video. Although short and sweet, it will give you some idea what to expect from the new exquisite hotel. We met guests from Germany, USA, Belgium, Costa Rica and Canada and all agreed…this hotel is a winner. You would expect “hick ups” being this new but the Riu has everything covered. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, incredible design, 4 restaurants with international cuisine, multiple bars, a huge Spa and Wellness Centre, a Disco, a Casino, tennis courts, fantastic pools and of course one of the nicest beaches in the Papagayo Region. We have been going to Matapalo Beach on a rough road for the last ten years so it was a dream to go there now, less than 25 minutes from our home in Playa Hermosa and on a newly graded (almost paved) road. There are watersport activities available, fishing, jet skis, snorkeling etc on the beach. Yes, I am in the tour business but this trip was pleasure and exploration. The Hotel Riu is going to bring in thousands of guests to our area monthly and boost local business in towns that depend on tourism. Als ich hörte, was in Duisburg geschehen war, habe ich spontan versucht, auf der Querflöte meine Gefühle auszudrücken. So entstand dieses Trauerlied. Vielleicht kann es den Betroffenen und Hinterbliebenen ein wenig Trost spenden. Keiner versteht, warum trotz der bekannten Verhältnisse diese Veranstaltung genehmigt wurde. Neunzehn tote Menschen, die nur Spass haben und feiern wollten, mussten deswegen ihr Leben lassen. So etwas darf nie mehr passieren!
